How do I open a live account?
Open a live account in 4 simple steps. Click the open live account button anywhere on the TRADIZE website, select your account type, fill the application form, read and accept TRADIZEs terms and conditions ,upload all the supporting documents, Review & submit your application.Click here to open a live account.
What types of accounts are available?
TRADIZE offers 3 types of accounts to meet all our client’s needs. Classic, premium & pro. All of our accounts are offered with dedicated customer service and cutting edge technologies. Also larger accounts enjoy DMA(Direct market access).Click here for more details on account types.
Which is the right account for me?

What are the trading hours?
The general trading hours for TRADIZE is 24 hours from Sunday 23.00 pm GMT to Friday 23.00 pm GMT.
How do I withdraw funds from my account?
Withdrawing your funds is very easy with TRADIZE. Go to my account and update the withdrawals form or you can send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note*: Third party payments will not be made.
Is trading with TRADIZE secure?
Our platforms are designed to meet international standards. We use encryption codes both in our website and platform to secure our clients data. Even our staffs need encrypted access codes to get information about clients and their details.
What are the supporting documents I need to provide?
To meet our obligations to the FSPR St.vincent, our compliance department follows strict AML & Kyc procedures.
The following documents are all required to be sent within 10 days of account opening. Failure to do so will result in your trading account being suspended.
1) Copy of passport or National ID card
2) Proof of address
a) Bank statement
b) utility bill issued within the last 3 months
3) If you deposited by credit card a photocopy of the front of the card is required.

Are my funds safe with TRADIZE?
TRADIZE is registered under financial service provider registered in St. Vincent. Our client’s funds are kept in segregated bank accounts with our banks. So in case of TRADIZE's bankruptcy, client’s funds are safe and will be returned to them.
